# Numera

> Numera is Velofy's commercial real estate product. Agents draft the month-end close across every property and project entity, on the ledgers a company already keeps. A person approves each entry, then Numera reads it back from the ledger and seals it into a tamper-evident audit chain. Built on Dexter, Velofy's multi-agent harness. Runs natively in the cloud.

Numera is one product, made by Velofy, for commercial real estate companies in the USA and Europe: developers, owners and operators, general contractors and subcontractors, and small finance teams.
